I have a t-shirt idea. Will you make it for me?

It's possible! In addition to our creative designs, we occasionally create and publish designs requested by members of our tribe (and give credit to our tribe member for their idea, of course). Reach out to us at support@mochaprescribed.com and let us know what you'd like to see. We can create something awesome together. 

 

When will I receive my order?

All items are made to order, so our standard processing time is between 3-7 business days (1-2 weeks), excluding weekends and holidays. This processing time is occasionally a bit longer due to the pandemic and the compounding effect of low inventory and high sales traffic, especially during holidays and promotional periods. Please note that all mail carriers, including USPS, are currently experiencing significant delays (likely for the same reasons). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships and again when it is delivered. If you need a status update, just email us. We don't mind. 

 

Is my shirt Unisex or women's cut?

Shirts that feature a women's or feminine cut state such either in the product title and/or the product description. If there is no mention of a women's or feminine cut, then it is unisex. You should size UP feminine or women's cut shirts as they tend to be slim fit in style.  

 

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Under most circumstances, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please view our Return and Refund Policy for more information. 

 

I received an incorrect or faulty item, what should I do?

If you receive your order and the item is either incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately at support@mochaprescribed.com and include a picture of the error or damaged item. We will promptly rectify the issue! 

 

What shipping service will be used to ship my order?

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) in most circumstances. All products are made to order and typically ship within 3-7 business days. Shipping timelines may vary depending on carrier package volume. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. 


Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped First Class USPS (United States Postal Service) Package with a tracking number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email along with your tracking number. Click the tracking number link in the email to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep!


Do you offer rush orders or expedited delivery?

If you need your order sooner than our standard turnaround, please email support@mochaprescribed.com to inquire about rush options.
